    • Once payment is received, Buzzlink Studios does not offer any refunds for services rendered.

    • We are committed to delivering projects that meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements. Clients are encouraged to review and provide feedback during the development process to ensure their expectations are met.
  3. Project Cancellation:

    • In the event that a client wishes to cancel a project, any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. The client will be responsible for any work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
  4. Scope Changes:

    • Any changes to the project scope, including additional features or modifications, may incur additional charges. Clients will be informed of any such charges in advance, and no refunds will be provided for the initial scope of work once payment is made.
  5. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials required for project completion. Delays in providing required information or materials may impact project timelines and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  6. Dispute Resolution:

    • In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding our services, we encourage clients to contact us to discuss and resolve any issues. We are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for all parties involved.
  7. Exclusions:

    • This refund policy does not cover any third-party services or products purchased by the client, including but not limited to hosting services, domain registrations, or third-party software licenses. Refunds for such services must be sought directly from the third-party provider.
  8. Acceptance of Policy:

    • By engaging Buzzlink Studios for services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy. It is the client’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with this policy before making any payments.
